Isabella Introduces New Mediterranean Menu (And Another New Chef)

Conshohocken’s neighborhood restaurant, Isabella, has been through a lot of changes recently with new menus, new chefs and new culinary influences. And now they’re doing it again, with chef Denise Gesek being brought in to replace Clark Gilbert, and a new, tapas/small plates being put in place of Gilbert’s French/Italian influence.

Gesek is a vet of several Philly and Boston kitchens, and she’s re-doing Isabella’s menu to concentrate on “traditional Spanish TapasĀ and Mediterranean cuisine with a modern twist.”
