Green Eggs Cafe is preparing to open two more locations: one in Philadelphia (the exact location has not yet been revealed) and one in Miami. Yup, Green Eggs is following in the footsteps of Stephen Starr and Kevin Sbraga and heading to Florida.
The Cafe in North Miami will open in the next several weeks. This location is set to be the Cafe’s “largest by far.”
