First Madewell–J. Crew’s sister store–chose Walnut Street for its newest location. And now J. Crew Factory–the store’s outlet–comes to the ’burbs.
The commercial real estate group PREIT has announced that the Factory will open at the Plaza Shops at Plymouth Meeting Mall in the fall. Imagine: 6,000 square feet of J. Crew–but less expensive.
This beautiful stone farmhouse, built between the 1760s and the 1780s, is an exquisitely renovated residence that retains much of its historic character. The wide-plank floors are original, as is much of the woodwork that surrounds the windows and doors. Even details that have been added more recently–such as a beamed ceiling–pay tribute to the home’s period origins.
Not having enough room for all your horses can be a drag. El Brio Ranch offers 12 stalls, a separate washing stall, a tack room and an office … for keeping track of all your horses, one would imagine. And that’s just the equine living quarters.
