It’ll be a free mapping tool that filters demographic and geographic information through a cultural lens in order to reveal which neighborhoods are most creative and culturally fertile.

Millennials Are Most Optimistic About Housing Recovery

millennialsA recent study indicates that millennials have more faith in a housing market rebound than any other age group. The study also shows that this real estate optimism declines with age, until, it seems, you’re a bitter old crone sitting on your porch saying, “This house ain’t worth a nickel, but it’s MINE!”

Won’t you join us over there and be social? You don’t have to brush your teeth or put on a nice sweater. We tweet all of our posts about Philadelphia real estate as well as retweet others’ wisdom extremely selectively (hardly at all, really…so far, maybe once?).

And on Facebook, we have contests and parties and it’s a whole thing over there, which doesn’t mean you have to do anything, but you can engage with other human beings in a happy fashion should that delight you.
