We’re going to make this one pretty short and sweet, as there isn’t much left to say about the 1900 block of Waverly Street.

Are you looking to live in (or gawk at) one of the 26 spectacularly renovated trinity homes that define what’s known as historic Ringgold Place? No, you don’t have to know someone who lives on the block, which we recently ranked at the Most Beautiful Street in Philadelphia. There’s no need to continue to longingly refer to our post about the b-e-a-utiful trinity at 1910 Waverly (but you should), which sold in June for $519,000.

The lovely (and spacious) trinity at 1914 Waverly Street just hit the market, so let’s take a peek.

What makes Ringgold Place so wonderful is that its preserved the historic charm of the 1860’s – the time period in which the homes were built. 1914 Waverly has striking black shutters that complement the black framed Pella windows, making it a standout on the block.

Inside, the home boasts some original features, including the working fireplace in the living room. Updated amenities include an eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, a private patio with pavers, and even central air conditioning (praise be!).

Two bedrooms are located up the trademark spiral staircase and, unlike like a lot of trinity homes, they both offers en-suite bathrooms and closets–a major plus.
