Though it’s currently under construction, we’d imagine that Brickstone Realty‘s massive project at 1112-1128 Chestnut is rapidly becoming the future go-to destination for residents and visitors to the Midtown Village/Washington Square West area, thanks in large part to type retailers they’re bringing on board.

Fresh off the news that the project will soon boast Target’s new urban scale concept to go along with 112 apartment units, it’s now known that the site’s second retailer will be a large format Fine Wine and Good Spirits outpost.

Jacob Adelman of The Inquirer reports that Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board members voted to lease the 14,000-square-foot space (basement and ground floor) in August, and plans to move from its current location at 1218 Chestnut Street in spring 2016. Target plans to open their store in July.

The new spirits shop will also be a boon for the local liquor-reliant restaurant industry, as it will feature a loading dock that will allow them to pick up bulk orders.
