If Taylor Swift decides to go the all acoustic route for her next album, we found just the place for her: Creek Place Farm (also known as Happy Farm) a creekside Lancaster County property that realtor Ian Bunch tells us would make an ideal setting for recording artists. Are you listening, Dead Tooth?

For one thing, the site is comprised of nine lush acres (you need to see this video of the site to take it all in) that include a fully restored Pennsylvania Dutch farmhouse and three completely refurbished barns, one of which is a former tobacco barn converted into a commercial fitness facility that was then turned into the owner’s personal fitness center. (I mean if you can afford it, why not?Translation: Multiple tour bus space, and a gym to keep your energy up while off tour.

By the way, that ex-tobacco barn/current gym includes office space and an upper level timber-frame two-room apartment with pretty good acoustics, something which, combined with the lack of neighbors, allows for totally uninhibited band practice that’s sure to get those creative juices flowing. (Oh, and there’s an elevator and private staircase here too!) The other two barns, which once housed pigs, have also been similarly renovated. Translation: Enough space for several band members/collaborating musicians to stay/practice.

Turning our attention to the farmhouse residence, you’ll find a home bedecked with wood beams, stone fireplaces, and hardwood floors made of pine. The eat-in kitchen offers four pull-out pantries, copper and wood center island, and two sinks, although there’s also an outdoor kitchen with Viking grille and fireplace.  Translation:  The perfect getaway (especially when you consider the additional info we’ve included in the fine print below).
