No, this isn’t a feature of a modern home in California. Manhattan-based architect John Lee designed the addition to this home in Greenville, Delaware (just outside of Wilmington) of all places. While the photos that go along with the listing are still rather spectacular, you’re going to want to see what this place looks like furnished.
