That Contemporary Carriage House on Quince Is Now Pending Sale!

Well, that was quick! Just eight days after being listed, our latest City House of the Week has been snagged. Or is being snagged, we should say.

Nerissa Salas of the Keller Williams Salas Team tells us the home at 322 S Quince Street had its first open house this past Saturday. It was brimming with up to fifty potential buyers and they received “multiple offers” after the showing.

By Monday evening, this beautiful home was under contract.

Can’t say we’re surprised, but we asked Salas if there was anything in particular that seemed to make an impression on Saturday’s visitors. “The custom work,” she said, especially the builder’s stonework and woodwork in the home. Salas added that the stairs also got their share of the spotlight.
