Almost had me there, Myopic Eyesight. Contrary to my intial reading, this recently purchased house on Saint Albans is not the one used as Cole Sears’ home in the Sixth Sense. That honor goes to 2302 Saint Albans, according to Movie Tourist. (If you do want to see inside one of the Philadelphia residences used in the film, this Fitler Square mansion we wrote about over the summer was used in a party scene.) But, moving on…

The property at 2032, last listed at $375,000, offers a home with cherry hardwood floors, exposed brick, finished basement and two fireplaces (living room and master bedroom). The kitchen has a 5-burner stove, stone backsplash, slate floors and granite counterops. There’s also a fenced patio, which could easily be converted into a parking space. Gallery below.
