Here Are the Neighborhoods with the Most Expensive 1 & 2-Bedroom Rentals

Zumper, a startup wishing nothing more than to arm its users with the confidence to “walk into an open house or appointment, pull out [their] phone, and make a binding application and offer for that unit right there,” has recently put out its August 2014 rent report.

A look at the data on a national level showed Philadelphia to be among the top 10 cities with the priciest one and two-bedroom rentals. (The top 5 spots were taken up by San Francisco, New York, Boston, D.C., and Miami, respectively.)

But an even closer look reveals which neighborhoods are the most expensive, so we’ve included a chart of Philly’s more exorbitantly-priced ‘hoods (Rittenhouse Square isn’t in first place?!):
