One Riverside Gets Roadshow Trolley Tour

The road show will be traveling sales office inside a custom-wrapped trolley powered by the Philadelphia Trolley Works, and will be making its way through the city and suburbs for the duration of September (everywhere “from Abington to Ardmore”). Inside will be sales materials, renderings, and more images of building views.

Its aim is to “connect with brokers, agents and potential residents by bringing a sales office to their backyards,” and as such will make appearances at community events and brokerage offices. If you miss it, don’t fret! The trolley will be stationed at Locust on the Park (225 South 25th Street), the future site of the permanent sales office, on weekends.
