Chester County’s White Oak Farm was built in 1906 and completely renovated 90 years later. The property includes a manor home, a detached two-car garage, a barn and a guest house. The garage alone includes a workshop and an indoor/outdoor kennel. The barn racks up more than 3,000 square feet of space and is currently a massive parking lot for farm equipment and something the listing refers to as “toys” (scare quotes included).

The estate still boasts original pine floors on the entire first floor. The ground level also includes a central audio system as well as the expected fancy kitchen (Sub-Zero refrigerator included) with two separate pantries. Upstairs is a master suite with an office and en-suite bath. The master also includes one of the four fireplaces. The home also includes a central vacuum system. The main house also features a there’s a wrap-around porch as well as a separate covered porch and a rear patio.

Outside, there’s a six-year-old saltwater pool that measures 20 feet by 40 feet. The adjacent pool house includes a bedroom that doubles as an exercise space as well as a full kitchen and bath. It also has its own central audio system which can broadcast throughout the pool area.

If the 76 acres and the saltwater pool don’t sate your desire for space and water, this property also includes a purchase option on an adjacent 13-acre parcel with a private pond. Indian Run also bisects the property, providing an additional source of fresh water.

While the home is brimming with unusual extras (you don’t often see an enormous saltwater pool available), there is one detail in the listing photos that gave us the creeps. Check out the map in the gallery below.
