Right down the street from Allen Iverson’s old place is Skyview, a French Manor-style mansion that offers every extravagance, from indoor pool to indoor basketball court. Perhaps the most unique amenity is the wine room, which has custom storage for dozens of bottles as well as a marble-topped tasting bar. There’s another bar — this one more traditional, with a brass foot rail — inside the game room, which currently has a pool table and elaborate chess set.

The mini basketball court has a shot clock and professional scoreboard, and the indoor pool, well, between the murals and the balconies, it certainly merits the listing’s description of “grandiose.” There’s also a separate sauna.
