Memorial Design for Building Collapse Site Released

The Pennsylvania Horticultural Society displayed a proposed design for a proposed memorial park at 22nd and Market to commemorate those who died and were injured in last summer’s building collapse.

For now, the design is just a vision to propel interest and garner funds.

From CBS Philly:

The Salvation Army’s donation of the property to the city still has to go through City Council. In the meantime, fundraising continues and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts still has to have a design contest for the actual memorial.

Anyone have strong feelings about what the design should be?
