Chester County Equestrian Estate Influenced By Frank Lloyd Wright

Frank Lloyd Wright embraced the natural (sidenote: check out this video), which makes it easy to see how the design of this Chester County estate was influenced by him. Windows in every room allow for natural light and overlook the 10-acre property, including its four-stall horse barn and two-bedroom guest cottage.

The barn houses a wash stall and heated track room, while a riding ring (100’x180′) is just outside. Furthermore, Willistown Township has given permission to build an indoor riding facility over the existing ring. Riding trails are also nearby (non horse-related exercise can be had in the outdoor tennis court).

Inside, the one-story home has an indoor swimming pool that can be viewed from windows in the kitchen, hallway, and dining room. The pool room also has a retractable roof, in addition to a finished 2,000-square-foot lower level.
