California interior designer Emily Lamarque has done adorable things with this renovated two-bed, two-bath condo unit. Its custom kitchen with honey-toned cabinets has a large granite countertop that turns into a bar — a nice place for a quick meal on stools. For more serious dining, the space can accommodate a dining room table — placed under a FLOS chandelier — creating a separation from the living room at the front of the unit. It’s not a huge space but Lamarque has used all the tricks of her trade to maximize its potential. Upstairs, the bathroom’s jack-and-jill sinks have white picture-frame mirrors, while the powder room and one wall of the dining area are painted a rich chocolate.
This pet-friendly townhome condo has four units with an elevator. There’s a common yard and plenty of storage. And of course the main plus here is location. Can’t do much better than 15th and Pine in terms of proximity to one end of town to the other.
