Fishtown Staging: Eagles, Halloween Decorations, Big Gulp

Here’s a classic rowhouse that’s as Philly as can be. No staging necessary to get to the je ne sais quois of old-school Fishtown, including the all-important basement bar, the Halloween decorations, the Eagles paraphernalia (is that bathroom green and white on purpose?), and the diverse mug collection.

The house is actually very pretty — and also classically Philadelphia. The historical details of this Victorian include a brownstone front, grand foyer entry, very high ceilings, wide staircases, exposed brick, hardwood floors, and original woodwork.
