78 Grandview Blvd. in Wyomissing is where it all started for Taylor Swift, where she began to really exhibit potential with her sweet voice and endearing songwriting. Swift’s childhood home has six bedrooms and five bathrooms and a very capacious 5,000 square feet. It’s on 2/3rds of an acre and was built in 1929. The asking price was $799,500, but according to The Morning Call, Century 21 Gold agent Lisa Tiger won’t reveal what the buyers have offered.
