caseymatthews is now a lock to make this team. he’ll probably be special teams captain too, and give Reilly Cooper a run for “best hair, 2013″

    • Damien

Herremans has that award on lock.

Your boy… when are you buying his jersey?

I was really looking forward to Philips and Anderson killing it on ST. J Mac hurt this one just makes me a little sad. To top it off I live in Michigan, and I had to deal with Tiger’s fans all weekend. I dont think I can take anymore bad news.

It’s a bummer about Phillips, but I think Casey Matthews could step up in a special teams/reserve role. I’m not even sure if Anderson makes the team. How many safeties do you keep? Barring injury, It’s hard to put him over Chung, Allen, K. Phillips or Wolff. Plus, he’s still competing with Coleman and Sims (who’s been getting some looks). Colt is by no means a lock.

These guys need to do more stretching.

    • illadelphia21

How do you stretch your knees?

    • eaglesMD

ACL tears are due to an imbalance in hamstrings to quad strength. Hamstrings need to be 3-5 x’s stronger than quads to prevent ACL injury. Only the Sportsmetrics and PEP ACL intervention training programs had a
positive influence on injury reduction and athletic performance tests. Coach Kelly is a science guy and his NAVY SEAL trainer Shaun Huls are probably aware of this.

I’m waiting for someone to start blaming the NovaCare turf.

At this point you might as well just see if you could get a Fathead of him to put next to your TV.
