    Come on, folks. Wise up. Pru-Fox realtors at the shore have big plans to do with damage from Hurricane Sandy the very same things they’ve always done with underground oil tanks, i.e. conceal, play dumb, deny. . . . They also have absolutely no clue about what effects impending FEMA regulations will have on construction, rebuilding, property taxes, the availability and cost of flood insurance, etc. So don’t believe them when they say otherwise.
