J’aime French Bakery Opens Today with Half-Price Pastries
They're serving up ultra-authentic French treats.

J’aime, a French bakery run by a real Frenchman trained in France, opens today at 212-218 South 12th Street.
J’aime is owned by IT consultant-turned-pastry-chef Bastien Ornando, who fell in love with American culture as a young exchange student in California and decided to pursue his bakery dreams in Philly.
To celebrate the opening, J’aime announced on Facebook yesterday that all pastries at the shop are 50% off today only. J’aime serves house-made pastries, breads, crepes, and quiche, along with La Colombe coffee. They’re open from 7 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and 8 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. on weekends.
