Brigantessa Makes Tuesdays Awesome With $10 Pizza Deal

And they're hosting Bing Bing Dim Sum for Family Meal on June 27th.

The good folks at Brigantessa already know how to make Tuesdays — one of the most mediocre days of the week — a little bit special with their late-night Family Meal partnerships. And now, they’re offering a super sweet deal on pizzas that night, too.

Every Tuesday night, pies at Brigantessa are just $10 each (full price ranges between $15 and $19 per pie). That includes every pizza on the regular menu from the pure and simple Margherita to the sheep’s milk ricotta, pork sausage, and mozzarella di bufala-topped Stella. (Pizzas on the secret menu and Family Meal special pizzas are still full price.)

And next Tuesday, June 27th, at 9 p.m., they’re inviting their neighbors down the strip at Bing Bing Dim Sum over for a special Asian-Italian Family Meal, with beers provided by Neshaminy Creek Brewing Co.

On June 27th, roasted asparagus will get dressed up with miso, soft egg and smoked tofu, while a pastrami “Boli-Bao” (some kind of magical stromboli-bao bun hybrid, we imagine) will be served with kimchi-laced Thousand Island dressing. And of course, there’s pizza, which they’re calling Chinese pizza “WTF,” topped with Sichuan pork, charred scallion, mozzarella and eggplant or mushrooms. As always, industry folk get 20% off during Family Meal.

The $10 pizza deal goes all night every Tuesday, and next Tuesday’s Bing Bing-tessa menu starts at 9 p.m. and goes until 2 a.m.
