Be Well Philly’s Summer Yoga Flow is an eight-week workout series – free and open to the public. On Tuesdays in July and August, Be Well Philly teams up with Three Queens Yoga & DJ SYLO to conduct a BYOM (Bring Your Own Mat) outdoor, post-work, pre-happy hour, Center City sweat-and-stretch session.
