Send out invitations about eight weeks before the wedding (or earlier if it's a holiday weekend or you didn't send save-the-dates). Make sure to double-check your zip codes and weigh a completed invite to ensure appropriate postage.
Have trial runs for both hair and makeup.
Pick up your wedding rings.
Purchase wedding accessories: a guest book, unity candle, cake server, and garter.
Start planning a seating chart for the reception.
Make sure everyone in the wedding party has had her dress or his tux fitted, and that they've collected all their accessories.
