Since we are obviously in summer-winding-down denial, we hit the streets to bring you a guide to the best of a quintessential summer food that’s getting a gourmet makeover: the hot dog. On the restaurant front, Bibou is one of the most-buzzed-about BYOBs to open in a while; check out our just-released review. And finally, we try the first local take on a popular Canadian comfort-food dish, and ask some local restaurant owners why they tweet — and whether you should follow them.
