If you haven’t been to The Franklin yet, now is a great time to go: The avant-garde bar has unveiled a new spring menu and invited me to taste-test with them — get behind the scenes and check out the new menu. Del Frisco’s has brought in a new GM, and Victor sat down with him to see if this is the change the steakhouse needs. There are a ton of events and menu changes happening this month, and we’ve rounded them up all for you. Lastly, a big shout-out to Philly’s Melissa Monosoff — whom I worked with both at Four Seasons and at Philly Mag — for recently becoming one of 105 North Americans to be a Master Sommelier, and only the 15th woman.
