Chocolate runs in the family: Tom would be the Thomas in Princeton-based candy concern Thomas Sweet Ice Cream and Chocolate. Now there’s a third Naked outpost on 18th Street. It seems wherever this duo builds their hybrid coffee shop/dessert bar/chocolatier, Philadelphians follow.
