Best of Philly 2006 Salad

An indulgent tumble of tastes and textures, the duck confit salad combines crisp duck skin and shredded dark meat with mixed greens, radicchio, and the pleasantly sour notes of blue cheese and pickled bing cherries. Chef-owner Nate Garyantes finishes it with a sweet, but not cloying, cherry-port vinaigrette that pulls it all together beautifully.
