One of the best things about Philly is that we can have a public event where no less than three pig’s heads are proudly displayed before a crowd of hundreds, and rather than turning people off, they only seem to make the masses hungrier. In the end, Jake’s Sandwich Board came out on top with its “50/50”—a mouth-watering concoction of pulled pork, grilled bacon, housemade sriracha spread and sharp provolone. A great twist on a classic.
