Luigi’s Pizza Fresca has become the area’s by-the-slice destination, with the pies presented enticingly on cake stands, behind glass, like elegant French pastries. We’re still working our way through the more than 20 combinations, all with fresh toppings on a light, bubbled crust — except for the hefty Sicilian slice, made, the menu says, “the old-fashioned way,” a delicious euphemism for “with lots of fruity olive oil.”
