The hot chocolate at RIM Café is a chocolate cloud served with a spoon — but it’s better sipped, despite the inevitable milk mustache. The chocolate concoction at this casual French café in a Mexican-restaurant-heavy corner of the Italian Market is as sweetly satisfying as dense whipped cream, a definite departure from its mostly thin, mostly syrup-based competitors, and comes in two versions: complex dark chocolate, and cookie-like white chocolate.
