Although it’s only been open six months, Chester County residents are already regulars at Talula’s Table, Bryan Sikora and Aimee Olexy’s welcoming gourmet shop. The careful attention to detail, homespun decor and sincere enthusiasm that marked BYOB Django under the pair’s ownership can be found here. Imported pastas share the shelves with locally produced eggs and milk. Yeasty baguettes and ravioli stuffed with earthy Kennett-grown mushrooms emerge from Sikora’s kitchen. And Olexy won’t let customers leave without a taste of her favorite cheeses.
