Chef-owner Sean Weinberg takes particular pride in the dishes from his wood-burning grill, but our favorite comes from the ove: the salmon fillet, roasted slowly to medium-rare succulence and served on an opulent bed of creamy guacamole with a slightly tart grilled tomato vinaigrette to break the richness. We also crave this European-style BYOB’s grilled halibut, the whole grilled dorade, and the spicey fish soup.
