Yes, there are places all around the region to find authentic Chinese cuisine. But sometimes we just want our Westernized dishes like General Tso’s and kung pao shrimp done well, without gelatinous sauces. So we head to Chung Sing, housed in a kitschy former silver diner, for the incredibly cheap prices and the hot and spicy chicken, sliced pork with scallions, and, yes, the pupu platter.
