Montreal style bagels at St. Viateur or Fairmount in Montreal (greatest bagels ever) cost a mere $7 Canadian for a DOZEN !!! Sad that Philly has so few decent bagel choices that folks are willing to cough up the exorbitant price of $2 for a plain bagel. You can get Montreal bagels shipped to your home in Philadelphia for less than $1 each (91 cents). Get your heads out of the sand people.
