We had a bathroom done by Volpe Tile. Everything was very professional. The sales people did a wonderful job and were very helpful with the tile. The installers did a outstanding job. They were very polite and cleaned up after they were done at the end of everyday. I am thrilled with by bathroom. I would use them again in a heart beat.

Volpe tile is the worst business we have ever delt with. They changed the price on us after we gave them 1/2 the money as a deposit. When we did not agree to there higher price they said they were keeping the deposit. We took them to court and got a judgement against them but they refuse to pay us back. Now five years have gone by and we still do not have our money. We are now paying a sheriff to have a sheriff sale. They are SCUM BAGS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!!!!!!!

Granite installed 2 years ago and still having problems with the seams. Frank Volpe finally came out to look over the problem and guaranteed he would be back within the next week. Haven't seen or heard from him in 3 months. We began leaving messages daily and went to the store to complain. It doesnt matter they dont call back or show up. Frank Volpe and his employees give lots of lip service but no customer service.

We had several problems with our granite installation. Frank Volpe ignored all attempts at a resolution. We then contacted the BBB. We received a letter from the BBB indicating Volpe Tile ignored two written attempts to contact them regarding our granite problems. A full year after installation we finally had a partial resolution to our problem only because we contacted CBS3 at CBS3.com consumer complaints (Jennifer Coleman). CBS3 repeatedly contacted Mr. Volpe for two months until a resolution was finally forced out of him. I would suggest this route to anyone experiencing a problem with this company.

The problem with our shower was finally resolved after many months and Volpe ended up doing a beautiful job. Tips: Don't allow design changes over the phone, go into the office and sit down with a design consultant to iron out any problems.

Volpe accepted my 50% deposit and then was a no show for the granite template. They scheduled from 10 am to 2 pm. I called at 2 pm and was told it looked like they scheduled too close & it would be another 1 1/2 hour. It is now 5 pm. No show and no call. Obviously a total lack of customer service and consideration.

Volpe was the company that our contractor recommended we use for and tile and marble needs and we would have to give the same recommendation for anyone else in the market for a new bathroom or kitchen! While the product we ordered did take a few weeks to come in, it did come in when they said it would. The installers did an amazing job and luckily we had a younger man at the installations that spoke English and included us in every step that we worried about throughout the installation. Overall we would give the job a 9/10 rating!

A small job - our shower - was started in August 2009. It is now August 2010 and it is still not finished due to order delays, scheduling problems, poor design, resistance in fixing the poor design, demand that we pay more to fix poor design, and failure to schedule a crew to come out when we finally agreed to cough up more $$ to fix the things that weren't done right in the first place. I read some negative reviews before working with them but my contractor at the time said to work with them. They have a good selection and some nice employees but STAY AWAY. A letter to Frank Volpe has achieved NOTHING.

We just had a beautiful kitchen installed today via Volpe Tile & Marble. The price on our kitchen was the best around without the haggle we were subjected to at other stone vendors. I recommend this company to anyone looking to upgrade their kitchen like we did. Frank Volpe himself came to our residence to make our templates. I couldn't have dealt with a nicer guy. He didn't just come in, work and leave. He actually stuck around and gave us some education on the granite we selected. Don't just drive by his showroom when looking for granite, give them a shot. It'll be worth it.

My fiance and I were told by our neighbors to get our tile from Volpe. What a disgrace! Upon looking for something we liked, the sales person had to keep getting prices because nothing is marked. The other salesperson was dressed like she should be in a strip club! At first I thought she was a customer! Her choice of clothing was not suited for a tile store!! We decided not to deal with this company when a man came in yelling about his tiles not being ordered! No thanks! I would not recommend them. Very poor management.

Volpe tile has gone down badly over the past few years. Once a respectable family business of hard working people prior to the owners getting to full of themselves and showing their true colors. Their shop didn't just happen to get "vandalized" around x-mas a few years ago. The owner had probably just screwed too many people (male and female) figureatively and literally over the past so many years. Its ashame because the younger of the two brothers seemed to be a genuine good and honest guy but his greedy cut throat brother corrupted him and controlled his whole life.

The Better Business Bureau Rating on this business is "F" - NOT RECOMMENDED. For all those people that think bad reviews are written by one person - check the BBB website. The mismanagement and poor customer service and quality have affected many people.

Volpe is the best co. for your tile and granite needs, if you are reading the past reviews you can obviously see that they are prompted by other issues that the individual has. It is a pure crime on the part of this website to allow such slander with out any type of research, probably because Volpe Tile is no longer advertising with this magazine. Volpe Tile and Marble is a reputable co. and the best in the area when it comes to service and selection!!!!!!

This company has so many problems I hardly know where to begin. The installation crew that did our kitchen was a joke. The seams were not the right color, we had to have another company come out and fix what volpe screwed up. I would never give frank volpe my business again. We got the run around from day one and the prices continued to change from week to week. This company should not be in business. STAY AWAY!!

I am completely shocked to see that some people have not had the experience with this company like I had. Volpe was nothing less than amazing throughout every step of our kitchen renovations. From the time I signed my contract to the installation of the granite countertops. Our dealings with this company was pain-free and everyone was easy to talk to. All of these sour people need to get a grip and recognize a solid company when they deal with one. Volpe Tile is SOLID.

In a nut shell, we waited for one month for tile, called at least six times within that period to see where two boxes of tile were - told once that they were consolidating shipments, once they were backordered, that same day were told they were on tomorrow's truck, then told they were backordered the next day. Had to call three times to get a refund put thru and still have not received a paper confirmation of that. Then went on-line and got the two boxes of tiles in two days from NY. What BS. Wonder if Fausto Volpe knows about this circus at the Warminster store?????

What a shame this beautiful showroom has been so badly managed. The negative reviews on this site are very true and not posted by one person as the previous post would want you to think. Volpes past great works and projects are now being overshadowed by horrendous management that has in less than one month lost 4 wonderful caring professionals who have lost any and all respect for the management. What a shame.

We were in process of upgrading our home for resale and had Volpe Tile replace existing tile and granite on both interior and exterior surfaces. Their service and workmanship was excellent, and contributed to the prompt resale of our home.
I find it strange that there are so many bad reviews on this website since other websites do not have any negative reviews of this business. I believe all previous reviews read like they were written by the same person. It is a shame when one person is allowed to have so much say about their own personal problems with a business. That is what the BBB is for.

I cant express enough the unprofessional business practices of this place. First their prices are through the roof. They play some sort of game with their prices where everything is a big secret when they price tiles out since nothing in the store has a price on it. You get the feeling they size you up and make up a price. Then there is a short brown headed women who I think is a asst. store manager running about the showroom cursing profanities out loud. While the redheaded manager dresses more like she works at Fredricks of Hollywood instead of a tile store. I dont know who was more embarrassed by her top me, my wife or the poor sales person that was waiting on us. We finally decided to walk out when another customer came in the store mad because his tile still hadnt come in after 2 months of waiting. He called the vendor directly to find out where his tile was and was told Volpe wasnt being shipped tiles anymore because they didnt pay their bills. Stay away!

A "comedy" of erros from the website posting the wrong hours, to not calling to template, to not tagging the piece of granite that I chose, to needing 2 different crews coming out to install, to the installer stripping screws on a brand new custom cabinet door while replacing it, and the final nail was being told by the salesman that he did everything he was supposed to do, its the installers problem now...WOW...I swear I will never go back here!

Volpe installed cracked granite countertops in our kitchen. The owner Frank Volpe is unwilling to give a refund or replacement because he said it is within industry standards. We have outside contractor statements confirming the granite is cracked and should be replaced no questions asked. We filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and received a letter stating that Volpe ignored two requests for contact from the BBB.
It is obvious customer service and quality of product are not high on the list based on our experience.

Ordered tile and were supposed to recieve in 2 wks. Ended up being a month until we finally cancelled the order. A bathroom project was on hold for 3 wks with no tile. During that month I called at least 3 to 4 times every week for an update on the tile. No one could give me an answer or return a phone call. Found out they were lying the whole time when I finally got in contact with the manager. The tile order was never placed and not one of the employees checked to see if there was a problem during a span of a month. They just continued to lie and not return calls. The manager continued to make excuses and still did not give me a straight answer. By far, the worst customer service I've ever experienced.
