Profile

Eco-conscious contractors, Anthropologie-inspired decorators, and homeowners on the eternal quest to gain the sturdy, timeworn feel of an older home come to this Port Richmond warehouse for vintage wooden knobs, out-of-production solid doors, antique locks, clawfoot tubs, marble mantels, staircase sections and pink WCs—all manner of architectural salvage. Owner Linda Mellish has made it her mission to rescue such valuable, you-can’t-find-that-at-Home Depot items from imminent demolition, and sell it all as-is. Another karmic bonus: Customers earn store credit by trading in their salvageable home elements.
