If your having a new home built and need it pre wired for any thing from home stereo to alarm systems, LOOK ELSEWHERE! They have a terrible sales staff, who do not know there own products. The technician I dealt with was extremely good, however, he could not over come the companies shortcomings in scheduling and follow ups. My sony home share system has been installed for nearly a year and still is not working properly. TV's go in and out and the universal remotes interfere with each other. These on going problems that I'm having changed my mind for having the alarm system that they installed monitored by them. The bottom line is if your having a detailed job done look somewhere else.
