It’s confirmed! The National Bridal Day Sale, which was originally a one-day super sale at bridal boutiques nationwide, has officially been extended for two weeks.

For some, the big savings are coming in the wake of an even bigger let down. This past Thursday, Alfred Angelo closed its doors across the country — leaving many brides confused and dress-less. PW confirmed the Cherry Hill closing last week.

Founder of the National Bridal Day Sale and owner of Jay West Bridal in Haddonfield, Sue Maslowski calls the closure “unethical.” She adds, “We posted in our private Facebook group and the overwhelming majority of the 740 participating vendors wanted to extended the sale. The brick and mortar shops are stepping up to help the brides.”

To all the panicking Philly brides out there: check out this list of stores in the area that were participating in the original event. Give them a call to verify that they are participating in the extended sale.
