Over the past few weeks, we’ve been seeing signs that there might be a new trend on the rise in wedding photography—or at least a new trend in the props used in wedding photography: smoke bombs.

They’ve become quite a hot topic online; you yourself have probably seen a few photos showing brides and grooms swirling about with colorful clouds of smoke off in the background. We checked in with a few of our local photographer friends, and while none of them had yet to shoot off a smoke bomb at any of their recent weddings, all of them were hoping to try the trick out soon.

We’d love to know your thoughts, though! Would you try out a smoke bomb at your wedding?
