It’s been an celebratory week over at E! headquarters: Both Jillian Michaels and Maria Menounos recently got engaged! The personal trainer and Just Jillian star popped the question to longtime love Heidi Rhoades on the show’s season finale on Tuesday, and Menounos’ boyfriend of 19 (!!!) years got down on one knee while she was promoting her new book on air with Howard Stern on Wednesday.

And much to our excitement, there’s footage of both proposals for our viewing/listening pleasure. First, let’s take a look at the adorable photo montage that accompanied Michaels’ proposal:


So sweet, right? And now here’s the audio recording of Menounos’ surprise proposal from boyfriend Keven Undergaro, who (finally) asked the E! News host to marry him after a little nudging from Stern.
