WATCH: 6ABC’s Action Cam Captured a Surprise Proposal on the Art Museum Steps
When Michael LaGrasta decided to pop the question to his girlfriend Jessica Goodheart on the steps of the Philadelphia Museum of Art on Monday, he never expected to have the whole thing captured on camera. Little did he know, 6ABC’s Action Cam was stationed nearby and the tape was rolling as he got down on one knee and asked Jessica to be his wife.
As the Staten Island couple made their way back down the steps, Michael spotted the camera and the look of surprise on his face is just priceless.
We spoke to Jessica and she couldn’t be more thrilled with how the proposal panned out: “It was such a wonderful day on Monday and such a blessing that the strangers who saw Michael propose introduced themselves and sent me the photos they took. It was even more incredible that we were stopped by 6ABC when we got to the bottom of the steps and were told that it was all recorded! Now we have a keepsake of the most important moment in both of our lives. Every time we watch the ‘Rocky’ movies in the future, it will be a beautiful reminder of that day.”
