Three Drinks That Won’t Bust Up Your Wedding Diet On Nights Out

Kelly Strogen, registered dietician at Club La Maison, dishes on how to stay trim for your Big Day without turning to watered-down light beer (no thanks) on nights out.

If you like beer: Guinness Black Lager

It clocks in at just 135 calories per bottle, or locally made Yuengling traditional, which has just 128 calories per bottle.

If you like wine: Champagne.

A glass of bubbly is more waist-friendly than wine thanks to the lower calorie count and smaller serving size.

If you like cocktails: Tequila with fresh-squeezed lime juice and seltzer water.

You’ll get a hint of sweetness without all the calories that come with sugary add-ins like soda and simple syrup.
