BHLDN Just Launched a Honeymoon Capsule Collection

The Lea Tunic from BHLDN’s capsule honeymoon collection.

Confession, readers: What I have been doing the past while here at my desk has only partly been for you. You see, BHLDN has just launched a dreamy little honeymoon capsule collection, and while I have been reporting on it and sifting through it that I might share my knowledge with you, of course … well, I have also been shopping. Because there’s a honeymoon in my future, and this stuff is going to go fast.

It’s a capsule collection, so sadly, what you see is what you get and once it’s gone it’s gone (prediction from the Philly-based brand is that all will have vanished by the end of the summer), so my suggestion is that you follow my lead and get clicking if a scan of the items available has got you dreaming of your post-nuptial getaway beach walks and seaside dinners.

What I especially love is that while these pieces are meant for your honeymoon, they are still decidedly bridal: there’s the Mykonos kaftan and the Marysia scalloped bikini; the Saylor romper and the Candela crop; the Melissa Odabash maillot and the crystal Mystique flip flops. Because let’s be honest: Just because the wedding is over doesn’t mean a switch flips and you are suddenly ready to be done with all that white and lace. This collection was meant to keep the I’m the bride party going right on into the honeymoon and we have a feeling you ladies are going to appreciate the sentiment and scoop it right up.

You’ll notice, too, that there are a few actual wedding dresses in the mix; these are intended for destination (and/or boho-y) brides who plan on tying the knot and honeymooning in a far-flung locale, all in one.
