We know you’ve been working your butt off to get in dress-ready shape for your Big Day (have you been following any of our fitness and health tips?) and the last thing you want to do in the days leading up to your wedding is sabotage all of your hard work by indulging in foods that’ll make you bloat.

To avoid unwanted inflammation (in your stomach or on your skin) in the days/hours before your walk down the aisle, do yourself a favor and steer clear of these five types of foods.
