6 Ways to De-Stress and Actually Get Some Sleep the Night Before Your Wedding

Between the excitement, nervous energy and endless list of wedding to-do’s running through your head, it may seem nearly impossible to get a good night’s rest right before your Big Day. We get it: there’s just so much to think about, and switching your brain into sleep mode, especially on that night, is a lot easier said than done.

Here’s the good news: Getting some decent shut-eye the night before your wedding is doable, and there are a few strategic tricks that can help you get there with minimal effort.

We think these six methods—like drinking a cup of tea, taking a bath and trying a few yoga poses—will calm your mind and help you de-stress before heading to bed. Give them a go before the insomnia hits and you’ll (hopefully) be relaxed enough to catch some z’s.
