We often hear from brides that even if they weren’t a morning-workout person before that sparkly ring landed on their finger, that they’ve tried to morph into one as much as they can during their wedding-planning months. It just leaves more time after work for any wedding-related research, errands or appointments that might pop up—and, you know, for just taking a minute to breathe.

Personally, I’ve got to do more than one of these things to even have a prayer of working out before I start the rest of my day (including having literally everything down to my water bottle filled and waiting for me in the fridge the night before), and when you put these all together, it does make it all seem possible.
