This #RuinAWeddingIn5Words Hashtag Is Actually Pretty Funny

When I heard that the hashtag #RuinAWeddingIn5Words was trending on Twitter, I didn’t quite get what the angle would be. (I had missed #MakeSexAwkwardIn4Words and #FiveWaysToRuinADate, so I didn’t realize that there was a bit of a theme going on here.)

Now, though, not only have I scrolled through it myself on Twitter, a few outlets have very nicely rounded up some of the more clever contributions out there, and we have to say, these are pretty funny.

Here’s the list that gave us the most chuckles, from “Nickleback is playing the reception” to “the Lannisters send their regards”—and perhaps the ultimate:
