PW’s spring/summer 2015 issue will be on stands Monday, December 8th.

It was so nice of the weather to turn a balmy (and totally unseasonable and weird) 72 degrees today in honor of Philadelphia Wedding‘s latest issue, wasn’t it? Spring/summer 2015 is here!

Well it’s here meaning that it’s in our hot little hands here at the PW office—but it will be in yours come Monday, December 8th, when you’ll be able to find it on a newsstand near you.

But because we are just a big eager to share it with you now, here’s a lil sneak peek on what you can expect to find inside:

You, Me & the Sea We rounded up some of our favorite warm-weather gowns from local bridal salons—and if what you’re looking for is an easy, breezy, beautiful dress for your spring or summer wedding (especially if you’re tying the knot in a beachside town!), we think you’ll like what we found.

A Study in Sweet We asked six local bakers to dream up cakes that were inspired by the famous works of famous artists, from Georgia O’Keefe and Jackson Pollock to Monet and Matisse, and we think you’ll agree that the wedding cakes they came up with are almost too pretty to eat. (Almost.)

The Philadelphia Bride’s Guide to Local Boutique Registries You are, of course, going to spend some time with your fiance in the aisle of a big store like Crate & Barrel or Bloomies, zapping the items that will fill your married home—but in this issue, we bring to your attention eight local boutiques that offer bridal registries of their own, complete with beautiful, unique items and truly personalized service. Plus, with these shops’ online options, it’s just as easy for your guests to shop for you from afar.

Sweat for the Dress Whether you want to rock toned arms, a tight tush or rock0hard abs on your wedding day (and honeymoon!), we’ve rounded up the local fitness classes that’ll focus on the body part you want to show off the most as you walk down the aisle.

There’s so much more inside, too, that we can’t wait to show you. Pick one up in two weeks—and let’s plan this thing together.
